ABOUT
As an ICF-certified professional coach, my mission is to help raise the consciousness of the world, while supporting changemakers to be more self-aware, effective and resourced leaders.
From a young age, I knew I wanted to help make the world a better place, and I loved to travel. This led me to work with a range of nonprofits, including a year as an AmeriCorps VISTA, and eventually to get advanced degrees in nonprofit management and international development. I worked in finance and operations roles in the international social entrepreneurship space in Washington DC, first with Ashoka and later with Agora Partnerships, with a focus on Latin America.
In 2017, on the verge of burnout, I took a sabbatical. I gave myself permission, for the first time, to really do what I had always wanted to do. I studied yoga and spent 6 months backpacking through Southeast Asia. I spent much of this time reflecting on what I had enjoyed about my previous career, and how I wanted to spend my future. I knew I wanted a more direct role in mentoring others, and I wanted more lifestyle freedom.
While continuing to consult in financial management for nonprofits, I began the journey of becoming an ICF-certified coach. It has been a wonderful and ongoing journey of self-awareness, growth and constant learning. I am almost always taking some course to learn more about neuroscience, human behavior, somatics, personal development and a range of coaching techniques that I can offer to my clients
I am currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I live with my partner, who I met while working remotely.
My coaching superpowers are deep presence and listening, curiosity, intuitive questioning, direction and clarity, and ability to hold the big picture while also managing for details.
